1. Who is responsible
BidyTube is operated by Ayush Joshi in New Delhi, India. For privacy questions, requests, or grievances, email luckyjoshi0205@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use BidyTube, we may process the YouTube URL or video ID you submit; the selected board, bid amount, quote, bid-intent reference, consent record, and timestamps; public video metadata received from YouTube; payment-provider identifiers, amount, currency, and status; content reports and appeals; support messages and either your email address or a one-way hash of it; and limited technical or security data such as IP-derived request information, anti-abuse results, error logs, and rate-limit events. BidyTube does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, OTP, or online-banking credentials.
3. Why we use it
We use information to validate eligible videos, create and reconcile payments, deliver and display leaderboard placement, prevent duplicate credit, maintain accurate financial records, show transaction status, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer requests, meet accounting and legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
4. Payment information
Razorpay processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. BidyTube receives only the identifiers and status information needed to match a confirmed payment, refund, reversal, or dispute with a bid intent. Do not send payment credentials through the contact form or email.
5. YouTube API data
BidyTube uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public video metadata. Use of those features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review the Google Privacy Policy. BidyTube does not ask for your YouTube password or channel credentials.
6. Service providers and disclosure
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that help with payment processing, YouTube metadata, hosting and databases, security and bot prevention, communications, and technical operations. These include Razorpay, Google/YouTube, and Cloudflare Turnstile. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Cookies and similar technology
BidyTube and its service providers may use essential cookies or similar storage for security, payment continuity, and core site operation. To display an approximate public visitor total, BidyTube stores a salted one-way hash derived from limited request data; it does not publish the hash or store a raw IP address in the visitor table. The estimate filters obvious bots and may count the same person more than once when devices or networks change. Razorpay, YouTube, Google, and Cloudflare may apply their own technologies under their policies. We do not use optional behavioural-advertising cookies.
8. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including payment reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and legal compliance. Public board and transaction records may need to remain to preserve ranking integrity even when associated personal data is removed or de-identified. We use access controls, protected credentials, data minimisation, and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal data we hold about you and request correction, updating, or erasure, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. Email us from an address associated with the request and provide enough non-sensitive detail for verification. We may retain information that is still required for a transaction, legal obligation, fraud prevention, or a legal claim.
10. Children and international processing
BidyTube is intended for people aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly offer paid placement to children. Our providers may process data in India or other countries where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear here with its effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Effective date: 24 August 2026.
