1. What is delivered
A successful payment adds the confirmed payment value to the eligible YouTube video on the board and period selected at checkout. The resulting rank is calculated from the committed board state. The service does not include a parcel, download, ownership right, YouTube promotion, views, subscribers, or a guaranteed rank duration.
2. Delivery method and timing
Delivery is electronic through bidytube.lol. It begins after Razorpay confirms the payment and BidyTube credits it to the selected board. This normally happens shortly after payment, but bank review, fraud checks, maintenance, or a temporary technical issue may cause a delay.
3. Confirmation
The checkout result page shows the bid-intent status and, after confirmation, the actual board result. Because rankings are live, the video may move immediately when other confirmed payments or adjustments are recorded. A later rank change does not undo delivery.
4. Delivery problems
If Razorpay shows a completed payment but BidyTube does not credit it within a reasonable time, email luckyjoshi0205@gmail.com with the bid reference, payment date, amount, and video URL. Do not send card details, CVV codes, OTPs, passwords, or API keys. We will investigate the payment and either complete delivery or provide any remedy due under our Refund and Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
5. Shipping fees and address
No shipping address, courier, tracking number, customs process, or physical delivery fee applies. Any currency-conversion or card-issuer charge is controlled by the payment provider or your issuer and is not a shipping charge from BidyTube.
