1. Operator and acceptance
BidyTube is operated by Ayush Joshi in New Delhi, India. You can contact us at luckyjoshi0205@gmail.com. By using BidyTube or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the policies linked from checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service or pay.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. BidyTube is not directed to children.
3. The service
BidyTube operates independent paid leaderboards for eligible individual YouTube videos. A successful payment purchases digital placement value on the board and period selected at checkout. Confirmed cumulative payment value determines rank only on BidyTube. You are not buying YouTube views, subscribers, likes, engagement, creator services, ownership, influence over YouTube, or any guaranteed traffic or commercial result.
4. Quotes, payments, and delivery
The checkout quote shows the amount to be paid and an expected position based on the latest available board state. Another confirmed payment may change the board while checkout is open. Your actual position is calculated only after the payment provider confirms the payment and BidyTube credits it to the selected board. Prices and leaderboard totals are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Your bank or payment provider may apply fees that BidyTube does not control.
5. Board movement
Rank is dynamic and is never fixed or permanent. Positions may change immediately when other payments, refunds, reversals, disputes, moderation decisions, or video-availability updates are recorded. A later movement in rank does not mean the purchased digital placement was not delivered.
6. Your responsibilities
You may support a video without owning it, but you must not claim false ownership, submit unlawful or prohibited content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate another person, use an unauthorised payment method, manipulate payment or ranking state, evade security controls, scrape abusively, introduce malware, or attack or interfere with the service. You are responsible for checking the video, board, amount, and checkout summary before paying.
7. Moderation and availability
We may reject, hide, remove, or make a video ineligible when it violates our Moderation Policy, applicable law, third-party rights, or payment-provider requirements, or creates a safety, fraud, security, or legal risk. Moderation affects public visibility and future eligibility; it does not erase the underlying transaction record. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Razorpay and are also subject to Razorpay’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Video metadata and links rely on YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. BidyTube is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by YouTube or Google.
9. Intellectual property
BidyTube’s name, interface, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service only for its intended purpose. You retain rights in material you submit, and grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular rank duration, audience response, YouTube performance, revenue, or any other outcome. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid placement will not exceed the amount paid for the affected transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Paid placements are final except in the limited circumstances stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or where applicable law requires otherwise. A cardholder’s lawful rights to report an unauthorised transaction or use an issuer or card-network dispute process are not waived. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks may reduce the corresponding board total and change rankings.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer forum or other statutory right, courts in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date; material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions or formal notices may be sent to luckyjoshi0205@gmail.com.
